How Do I Place An Order?
1. On the Shop page, select the item you wish to purchase.
2. Select any personalisation options and the quantity desired, then click Add To Cart.
3. To quickly view all the items in your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner. To view the full cart with checkout options, press View Cart in the quick cart view.
4. Enter your shipping location and select your desired delivery option to confirm the cost of postage.
5. Checkout with your desired payment method and confirm your order summary (item, quantity and price).
6. Your items will be packaged securely and posted to the address provided by your method of payment.
Do I Need To Create An Account To Make An Order?
You do not need to create an account to place an order with us, as all of our orders and payments can be processed through PayPal or with most major credit cards.
Which Couriers Do You Use for UK and International Deliveries?
We use Royal Mail 1st Class on all orders within the UK (1-2 Working days)
We use Royal Mail International Standard on all orders outside of the UK (3-5 Working days for Europe, 5-7 days for the rest of the world)
How Do I Track My Order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer tracking on deliveries at this time.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
As our straps are handmade, please allow up to 2 working days for your strap to be made and dispatched. We endeavour to get most straps made and dispatched within 1 working day. The estimated delivery time (which doesnt include the 2 working days for making and dispatch) will be shown at checkout as well as being detailed in your dispatch email, this will be sent when your strap has been made and dispathed.
Can I Change The Delivery Address For My Order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to change the address so please ensure we have the correct address for you before checkout.
How Can I Return An Item If It Is Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect?
In the extremely unlikely situation an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will refund the full cost of the item plus any delivery costs. On receipt of the parcel, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify that you will be returning the item and the reasons why. You must contact us within 14 days on receipt of the item.
Please letus know if you would like a refund or an exchange. Once we have confirmation of your intent to return an item we will advise you of the best postage option and provide you with our returns address. Please post the item back to us accordingly and be sure to obtain a proof of postage. Once received, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund or exchange.
How Can I Return An Item That Is Not Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect?
If there is nothing wrong with the item, and it has not been engraved, then we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange. However, we are not able to refund the cost of postage. On receipt of the parcel, please contact us within 7 days to notify that you will be returning the item and the reasons why.

Can I Return An Item If It Has Been Engraved?
We regret that we are unable to offer a refund on any engraved items unless it is found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Do You Offer Gift Cards?
We regret that we do not offer gift card options at this time, but hope to do so in the near future.
What Options Are There For Gift Wrapping?
We gift wrap at no extra cost, all of our products come wrapped in classic vintage brown paper, simply stamped with our logo.
